Yesterday was a great and exciting day for all of us at Plivo — we raised a $1.75M seed round from Andreessen Horowitz, Battery Ventures, Qualcomm, and SV Angel.

Thank you to our investors for believing in our team’s passion, excitement, and ability to tackle the market that lies in front of us. To our customers, thank you for entrusting us to provide you with a critical service. We understand the importance of our role in your continuing success and will be with you every step of the way. It has been a pleasure to work with all of you and we look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead. Last but not least, thanks to the Plivo team. We appreciate your hard work (though is it still work when you’re having this much fun?) and dedication.

We’ve accomplished a great deal already and we’re just getting started. We’re excited to build out a world-class team, spread the Plivo message far and wide, and bring telephony to the Web. Go Green!
